Why isn't he doing the stealing for the poor instead of telling the poor how to get into trouble? Robin Hood? My arse.
I think he's not recommending stealing only saying that in desperate circumstances it's the right thing to do and to make sure you're not hurting a small retailer when you do it.
In any situation, it isn't ideal...
No situation is ideal, but if this guy really was a modern day Robin Hood he would be taking the risk himself and going out and robbing a bank and giving the takings to the poor. He's a pseud.
